Long treadmill run

Comments:
Still working on getting the 15k in under an hour on the treadmill. No hills this time, as I want to just get the speed part down before I start making it tougher. Today was okay, as I kept the rate at or above 9.3 mph the whole time (a 15k/hr pace). However, my hamstrings really tightened up and I had to keep hopping off to stretch it out. I took .25 off the total mileage as a result

Later in the day my hammies felt terrible. I stretched a lot before during and after too. Not liking this at all.
