Comments:
started out with hannah and janelle and then ran into jaylan and brianna within a minute of leaving so we all did Hopkins together. nice run, though my breathing felt a little iffy. extended with janelle after and lifted:
bulgarian split squats 3x 8-10 w/ 20lbs
goblet squats- i forget the weight, 3x15
push-ups 3x15
and 2 sets of various ab and glute exercises
definitely going to be sore tomorrow
