Was feeling anxious today and wanted to run soooo badly, but I'm pretty sure the 3 runs over break doesn't apply to me, so I made do with biking after dinner. Felt nice to get some exercise, but didn't really help with the mental/emotion part like running would have. I MISS THE TEAM!!! Only 12 days left. Feels like forever to me. Did some random strength: 35 pushups, 15 double leg bridges, 6 inches for 45 seconds, and SLL (15 per)
