Joined TiTo running club, the group of novice runners I joined in Sarajevo last month, for a their Thursday night workout. I know I shouldn't be doing a workout when I'm taking 2 weeks of recovery, but I wanted to continue establishing new friends in this city and this seemed like a good way to do it. Unfortunately, tonight's run was a stair workout. Not the best thing for me. And while I could have hung back and paced people, I decided to take it seriously, flying up this 50m long outdoor staircase 14 times. Sore afterwards but felt good on the whole.
