First track workout of indoor

Comments:
Ran our warmup and then went into the fieldhouse for the workout. It was a largish group so I wont name everyone. It was a 1600 at 5:30 pace (which we did in 5:28) and then 8 x 200 with 200 recovery in between. The 200s range if the 200s was 34-38, and the mode was probably around about 35. It felt nice to move fast, but the 200s were a bit tedious. It was pretty crowded on the track, which was not great, but hey, at least we have one.

Strength: single leg bridges, dead bugs, rowing crunch, my 100 pushups for the day, and also Dice challenged me to arm wrestle and I mean have you seen this guys biceps I beat him somehow and it took like five minutes and now my elbow cracks when I do pushups and my shoulder is really sore
