Comments:
5K warmup, 1x2', 2x2', 2x5', 2x2', 2x1', cooldown. Ran along North Ave and started my workout near BHS. Went down the bike path near Leady Park. Felt pretty good. Five minute intervals were between 5:10-5:15 pace. Slightly faster on the 1 and 2 minute intervals. Rest was half of the interval.
