This is just a pre race fartlik... nothing too hard or long.
Warm up 1 mile easy
Run 5 min moderately fast
2:30 jog
Run 4 min fast
2 min jog
Run 3 min fast
1:30 jog
Run 2 min fast
1 min jog
Run 1 min fast
Cool down easy for a few minutes but not much...
Do not expect to feel great.
It’s marathin week so it’s ok to feel stale and fatigued!!
