Weather: 40ish and nice sunset
Comments:
I led the small distance squad in a tight loop of AU Park and up to Ft. Reno hill (about 13 minutes). I then jumped in and joined some of them on some of the hills. I probably ran 5 or so from the hump at the base to the fence. We were mixing in with sprinters. I then led a few down 41st to Military and back to GDS. I know I probably shouldn't be running these sorts of hills with my core issues, but I had to introduce myself to a few of the sprinters. It is harder to stand at the bottom than it is to run these hills as Kyra and Amanda succumbed as well to the guilt/motivation factor too.
