Steady State, Harriton

Comments:
Did a Harriton early in the afternoon with Pants, Woodhouse, and Nico since I had a Spanish lecture I had to go to later. We added a loop on this field in the middle to make it to 8 so we could have 6 miles of steady state. They really pushed the pace--it wasn't hard for me, it was just uncomfortable and I already wasn't feeling great going into the run. Strides after did not feel as smooth as they have felt the past few days. I feel a bit beat and maybe I'll ice bath after Mr. December.

Strength: just pushups :(
