Basketball and hills

Comments:
Wanted to switch it up today and shoot around. Went to a local park (where there is a 200m+ steep hill across the street) and enjoyed playing some hoops. After about 45min, walked over to this 1mi long, paved nature trail (has a parallel dirt shoulder as well) and did x3 easy hill reps + x3 uphill strides. Felt really good (and creative!) to get a mixture of a workout in!
