Comments:
Our flight got delayed so we ended up not leaving today, and I think it threw me off and caused me to have a very unhappy day. Finally dragged myself out for a run, hoping it would make me feel better. It made me feel worse. Did 4*5 mins running with some walking in between per Anthony's instructions. Felt absolutely horrible. Calves were so tight, made my shins sore, my stomach hurt, and I was moving so slowly that it's ridiculous for it to even register as a run. Saw Noah Kravitz half a block away, but he passed too quickly for me to register it in time to yell to him, and by the time I'd run the 100 feet to reach where he'd been he was already 2 blocks away. Getting in shape is the worst.
