On the last one the circuit tripped on the treadmill and i got cut off with .25 miles left. Hopped on the next treadmill to finish it off. 2 minutes into the cooldown my stomach went into lockdown mode so that was it. I still felt pretty good on this, 10k A1 on the treadmill sounds like something that would go down on Guantanamo Bay but I really relaxed and felt like I could run 5:30's forever.
