Running is Terrible Sometimes

Comments:
Tried to do a 20 min run, and thought I was feeling better than last time because I actually warmed up a bit, but then suddenly I was feeling maybe even worse. My calves were SOOOO tight despite lots of stretching and they made my shins hurt and I felt so slow and out of shape and in pain. It was pathetic. Everything hurt so much and I felt like it was only making my shins bad, so I just did 16 mins and there was a large walking/stretching break in the middle. Getting into shape is the worst. I forget every season just how bad it is. Especially alone. Ugh. Did see a large white egret and a huge orange and green iguana though 10 feet from me. Florida is weird.
