Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Met up with the elusive Levi Friedman, just back from the wilds of California ( well, with a family holiday trip to Chicago in between). We had a terrific conversation which lasted about 3 times longer than the run itself (his parents invited me afterward when were stretching the driveway, and I chatted with them as well). I also succeeded in proving to Levi that he's in better shape than he realizes. The pace was nothing special, but I manage to keep the run going for an hour without him having an idea how long it had been. I added on a couple more miles on my own running to meet Levi at Chevy Chase Circle and afterward running home from his house near Anthony's. All in all, a fantastic day!
