After TT recovery run

Comments:
Went for my usual Tuesday over lunch run but since most of the varsity team is on their break I ran alone. Just did the normal Lee loop. Pretty slow cuz I was kinda tired from the TT and workout of yesterday. Nothing particularly was sore I was just tired in general. Good run it total. Also played a good game of basketball with Coach Sylvester, Brett, and Quin before lifting. Me adn coach got spanked.
High hurdle drills, and hip circles before lifting
Static 1 after running
Med ball abs and Eagle with 15 pushups after lifting.
3x15 dips before bed.
Resting Heart Rate: 44
Slept 8-8.5 hours
