Week 3 day 1 800 lifting

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Really got the form down today. Treid especially hard to squat low enough to catch the Hang Snatch really high. Fabrise was particularly helpful with this.
Hang Snatch
(warmup 6 with 65, 4,3,3 with 85, 2 with 90) Tried to do 95 for most of teh sets but failed. So I'll stick to 85 for awhile longer. I'm still trying to increase when the reps go down though.

Clean from Floor
4,with 105, 3,3 with 115, 2,2 with 125
This was pretty good. I've got the form down and I feel that now I'm getting close to an ideal weight for doing this which is good.

Shin Raises
2x20 with 25
Same as usual. Worked the shin muscle real good which is good for running as I learned in BME

Calf Raises
2x20 with 45 on machiene
Still trying to strengthen my calves because they get sore all the time. I should probably do this more often.

Genreal Comments
Not bad overll. I find it funny because I look forward to this day beacuse even though the lifts are pretty technical its much easier aroebically than what comes on THursdays
