Bossy Bike

Realized after 2 workouts at this gym that the spin bike has a cool feature where you can plug earbuds into it and put in all your workout info and then there's a creepy person on the screen that will lead you through a spin workout. Did 36 minutes of that (double chai, Lauren!). Even though he was kinda weird, it was nice to feel like I had company/motivation. The bike made a weird noise when I tried to stand up though, so I had to do it all sitting which was fine, if a bit less interesting. Didn't have much time for strength, so just did about a minute of crunches and 10 pushups when I got back.

In case anyone was curious, sweating in the same long-sleeved workout shirt 3 days in a row because you assumed you'd be running outside and didn't think to bring clothes to suit various exercise options is not recommended.
