Another Combo

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Wound my way running through my neighborhood so it would take me longer to get to Wilson pool. It was only a 15 minute run, but I'm maybe just a little bit slightly starting to feel the tiniest bit in shape!? Calves hurt as always, but I felt okay overall, and am glad I made myself run there because I almost got lazy and didn't. Then aquajogged for 30 minutes in the super crowded pool which I always enjoy.

I'm gonna take tomorrow off or just do some strength, but I'm very proud of the work I've put in over break! I exercised 13/17 days that we had off and even though a lot of that had to be x-training, I think I really made an effort to work hard on those days too. My shins seem to be holding on, and I'm hopeful that being cautious over break will let me have a better next 1.5 seasons of hs running where I can hopefully actually run!
