Comments:
Wanted to do a low-impact strength day so I went over to this steep, 100m hill between Park & Crest Ave (it’s a 1mi long nature trail that connects both streets). Just focused on hiking - pushing off strongly + lunges, high knees, single leg hops, and knee drives. Definitely worked the legs which was good! That was the plan. Pretty fun to be out in a storm!
