500 (1:10, 56 pace), 400 (56), 300 (45). way, way better than the time trial on monday. felt extremely comfortable during the 500, and pretty good until the last 50 of the 400. by the 300, my legs fucking killed and ran 45, which was slower than the last two but as fast as i could manage. really happy with the workout though, my best one in a while and i was surprised how comfortable i felt at that pace. ankle was still sore in the morning, but didn't notice it at all during the workout. still not better but definitely on the way.
