Comments:
I was definitely feeling ansy this afternoon. Right before running, got tired though. Some snow was coming in but just bands and flurries. Went through Giles up the hill and back into campus. Finished up down Cascadilla and Aurora. I was gassed on those hills! Its been a while got that lump in my throat mixed with the cold air. Throwback feelings. Took me a while to settle down and the decent. Finished up strong when I got to downtown.

Essentials: Stretch

Better stretch today. Legs feel good. Swelling way way down and the hives have subsided. I can tell my strength is lacking a little. I havent had access to lifting in a long time. Focus on mileage now thats what matters.
