The workout turned Hell take two

November 18, 2009 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went over to NRV for a track workout today. I was real execited because Coach Sylvester was going to run with us today. Originally I thought this workout wouldn't be too bad but I quickly abandoned that thought. Coach Sylvester is so fast I can't even fathom it. He ran probably 300 meters total hard and just moved away from us so easy its crazy. Hes insane. ANyway he ran the 500 and 400 togeher. This workout felt so good for me. It sucked at the end but the first 2 repeats felt so smooth and good. I came through the quarter in 56 for the 500 and that felt fine. After the 500 is 1:13 I was brething hard yeah but it was along way from all out and I definitly think I would have been able to close in 45 for a 1:58. The quarter felt fine doing it. Ran another 56 there. I definitly felt tight after finnishing that one though. I didn't know how the 300 was going to go but I ended up being able to let it go pretty quick running in the 42-43 range. I locked up at the end of it but I definitly feel like I could run a 42-43 300 being tired like I will be for an 8 of mile which is really good to know. Great workout overall. Should have went with Sylvester and Brett on the 500 though. COngrats to Brett for a great workout today.
