“Long run” with pickups

Ok not sure your exact splits from Thursday, but I know you worked it so let’s shoot for 5 miles with majority easy but with pickups as follows:


I want a 5 mile run with the majority of it being easy except for the last .25(quarter) of each mile...
So just like when we do the .1 pickups at the end of each mile this is the same deal. Only much longer so you have to pace better!;)

You know the drill on these. Definitely want a pickup but nothing to make you have to walk after

Up to you if you want to put down splits.
I just want to make sure you do it;)
