I was going to run today but seeing as it was raining and since workouts are winding down and I'll take my week off next week I figured biking today wouldn't be such a bad thing. Plus my legs are still pretty tired from the workout yesterday so thats another reason to run. Biked next to Tim Smith for most of it which was nice. People came and hung out by us too which was pretty nice. Good bike all in all.
