Comments:
Got to the track at 4:45. By the time I did a warmup, stretched, and did strides it was dark. Felt like shit. A little less than 3 for the warmup, then 8, 8, 4. First set was with pants, second set in shorts, last 4 in spikes. Forgot my watch which was probably better because I doubt they were that fast. About a mile down.
