Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Took a little riff on a common loop I do going over the Goat Bridge, up Ohdohoza, and cross the little cliff trail, and down through Vratnik, to bring my run to a full 45 minutes. A tendon under my left knee was tight yesterday and worse today - not debilitating but quite sharp, particular on the downhills. I can't seem to figure out what sort of position triggers it. Also towards the end of my run one of my hamstrings was feeling pretty tight. I thought taking 5 days off was supposed to make me healthier, not cause brand new aches and pains.
