Comments:
Last week's mileage was down since we took two lighter days before the meet, especially the day before, and I feel like this week I'll be in the mid fifties again instead of 60s like over break, but its not a hugr deal. Nice easy pace today with Rod, Steve, Peter K, Oscar, and Nathan. 4 strides after felt alright. I'm finally getting into a good routine of going to bed between 12-1 and waking up at 9 every day and its helping. Nico led core afterwards.
