Comments:
Wasn't really looking forward to the steady because of the cold but it turned out to be okay. Even my hands warmed up after a couple of miles. The 200s were fine, and I felt strong at the end. Felt like I could've done more even at the 800 pace. The first four were at 36 and the last two were at 32, with an extra 400 meters of recovery in between. Did the 2's in spikes, which I don't usually do, but it felt a whole lot better than it has when I've done them in shoes. My splits ended up being more like 36, 35, 35, 34, 33, 32. Core after, nice stretch.
