7x800m on the indoor track at UVM. Was planning on doing 8 but was feeling tired towards the end of the workout. Splits were 2:21-2:22 for the first 5. 2:23 for the last two. Rest was 160m jog and 60 seconds at the line. Solid workout. Finished with two 200's at 29
