Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
today I’m looking for an easy 40 to 45 min run for majority but win some fast surges within.
So it should be as follows:
10 min easy
2 min fast
5 min easy
90 sec fast
5 min easy
1 min fast
5 min easy
30 sec. fast
Finish rest of run easy pace
So when I say fast, I really am talking pretty moderate actually. Just a notch or two faster than easy pace.
