Comments:
Did a 6-7 minute warm up, then did 5 minutes hard, then a few more minutes easy. Then I did 3 sets of 2:30 hard 30 seconds easy. So some good interval stuff. Oh and during the workout I did 4x5sets of 10 dips which was 200 dips overall. Then I did some other stuff..
