Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decided to do a long swift run. Not a tempo mind you, but something approaching that. Ran along the Tranzit to the big 5 way intersection, down to Otoka and it's path behind the stadium and mosque, and then back along the far side of the river exploring Pofalici. The first half of the run ranged from 6:37 to 7:01 which I was very proud of. The second half had a good deal more uphill and so was slower, but the GAP analysis shows nearly all of with was in the mid-6:40s effort-wise. Didn't finish feeling too worn out, and never too out of the breath on the run. A real confidence booster and great way to get in shape.
