Recovery run with the club

Comments:
Met up with TiTo running club after running 2 miles to get there and jumped in for what they called a long run and I called a recovery. I ran with Edina, the hijab-wearing university student I'd run that workout with back in the fall the first time I came to one of the practices, who incidentally, I'd run into last night at the National Museum looking at the Sarajevo Haggadah. There were a couple others in our group as well includes Masa who I'd met 2 weeks ago after my marathon, and Jasmin, Nudjema's husband, and de facto assistant club leader. We ran at about a 9-minute pace the whole way except for the hills. Felt really good to stretch my limbs which were really sore from last night's long run and hills and get an all-around good shakeout feeling. Stretched a lot afterward, threw in some standing dynamics, and, for the first time all year, some planks.
