Combo Cross Train

Did both my cross training thngs with Dave Carter today. First we rowed for a half hour which sucked. I've never rowed fro a workout before and its definitly diferent than most of the stuff I've done in the past. Definitly good though. I tried to find the optimum form while I was doing it. The last 5 minnutes we jacked up the resistance and that sucked but made it pretty legit. Afterward we moved upstairs to bike for another 30 minnutes. That wa pretty low key till the last ten minnutes when we pickup the intensity. Biking was cool talked to lots of people and watched Obi and Matt K. do a workout.

Slept 5-6 hours. I just couldn't fall asleep last night. It pissed me off cuz I was in before 12 too
