Comments:
My workout was cut a bit since I'm easing back in from being sick, but after feeling crappy on the first rep, I probably could have done the full thing once my throat cleared up. Otherwise, I felt pretty good. It was 1600 at 5:30, 400, and then 3 x 200. So not hard at all. 5:30 was a bit more difficult than I would have liked, but I guess that was the pretense for not doing the full 1600, 8, 4, 4x2. It's nice having an easier week anyway, but I'm itching to really get back at it. Nice cooldown dumpster dive with David (check out that alliteration).
