Comments:
5K at BU Valentine Invitational.
Poorly executed race. Will and I were seeded 2 and 3 respectively in the fourth heat. Was disappointed we weren't in the third section. Got out with the leaders. We ran 3:00, 3:01 for the first two kilometers. Got inpatient and took the lead. Ended up splitting 9:00 for 3K but fell off after. Finished with 15:19. A very disappointing time. In hindsight, I should have waited to make a move. Not much else to say. Hopefully Last Chance goes better in two weeks.
