Comments:
Nothing like getting up at 6 am to go running to make you into a walking zombie all day long. The run went well. I think focusing on my stride while on the treadmill is relieving some of my hamstring tension. We'll see...

Won't have time tomorrow for the full 15k, so tried to get in a 10k today at race pace.
