Comments:
Long with a largish group. Felt pretty good even after the race yesterday. Legs are a bit tired now though. Another week of lowish mileage. I'm not sure if Tom is going to want me to take a down week or stay at mileage or even increase if I can since I had a "down" week a few weeks ago when I was sick.
