Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3.6 miles. I hate the cold and hate running in glasses. I need to: drink less coffee, drink less alcohol, sleep more, eat less pastry, be less stressed. Breathing felt labored, legs tired. But I feel tall and I feel like it's going to be reasonably easy to meet the Dec. 15 goal of a 10K in <9 min miles...need to run it again tomorrow!
