Weather: 7:10 a.m. DU Gym
Comments:
ran 2 miles up on the treadmill and then went straight into a 30:00 fartlek (3:00 on/2:00 off x6). Ran the on's about 6:10-6:15 pace and the offs arond 7:12 pace. Pushed the last one a little. Just under .75 cool down for 7 miles on the day. A quick core after. Felt pretty good!
