This is so retarded. I do not know what is wrong with me and racing.I take one step forward then three steps backward.
I felt alrite around the first mile at 5:52. I didn't think i was slowing down but i was horribly.2nd mile was at 12:27. Felt tired but I need to learn how to push myself by doing a lot more 5k's and mile intervals. 3rd mile I was at 19:50. 100 meter: 20:16
