Comments:
First run after a week off. Went well, no expectations. 4 minute warm up at 3.3 mph, 11 minute slow jog 4 mph, 5 minute cool down at 3 mph. Difficult to jog that slow, I usually run at 5 or 5.5, but wanted to make an easy goal so I could achieve it.
