Weather: unseasonable nice, ran at dusk...
Comments:
first hard run since TC26.2 took the hills seriously. snelling hill felt reasonably flat, but CV=for shit, must keep running hard. 2 beers last night + half bottle of champagne doesn't help...but a good hard sweaty run. arms coming up a bit when tired, but feeling more solid in the core, and tall... kept thinking I don't want to let lillie down in the last 10K...good motivation bro...
