Freaking 5 in the morning, breakfast was at 5:30 at NCYC so i figured I could get a quick 4 in the the treadmill before hand (I wasn't allowed on the dark streets of Kansas City alone). Turns out the fitness room doesn't open until 6. I ran up and down 5 sets of 10 flights of stairs all in a row. Heart rate was around 200 by the end.
