Exercise Type: Run
Weather: cold outside, hot inside
Comments:
ISL dictated for us to be indoors, which I was really not pumped about because stairs are tough for me (bc I'm always scared I'm going to fall).
Turns out we didn't do just stairs.
Warmed up on the indoor track and did drills (which were a bit of a mess), then did laps around the indoor track with Abby, Sophie, Joyce, and Maddi.
Then did jogs the turns and sprint the straightaways (thank you Abby for reminding me!) and I was paired w Sophie.
Then did the aforementioned stairs which felt VERY difficult.
Then 2 laps cooldown and then 5 more minutes with Abby, Sophie, and Joyce.
I stretched for a really long time and my quad feels much less tight. I'm a little tired from the strength work before practice though and hoping to get to do a workout tomorrow.
