TITLE: Can't find blue peeling swell water bottle that says big path capital on it from the wrestling room. Might also be in the weight room.
X-trained, IT band felt fine on the bike but REALLY hurts walking up and down stairs and doing the strength a little bit. Rolled, iced, and stretched double so hopefully it feels better tomorrow.
