Think Before You Eat Cheesy Pasta

Comments:
Did just a lil shakeout because I'm an expert at getting nothing done all day and leaving running until the last possible minute before dinner when I have no time. Also had Panera mac n cheese for lunch which is so good, but I ALWAYS regret it after eating it - my stomach wasn't feeling so great during the run. Had to take a few minutes walking in the middle. Sad I felt sick because everything else was great! It was gorgeous weather, smelled like spring and barbecues and more spring, I was listening to great music, and I really enjoyed the sun being up at 6:30pm.
