Optional 3 miles with 6 x 30 second pickups within run.
If you don’t get this in today, we will do pickups tomorrow.
But if you do, be sure to take at least 90 seconds in between the pickups. Focus on good form and don’t be afraid to push.
Just do t push so much that you have to walk after;)
