Comments:
IT Band was REALLY hurting after about 8 minutes so I turned back. It was so nice out going with Abby, Ana-Sophia, Arya, Ella, and Dora and I'm so annoyed I had to turn back.
Really not having it but I'm icing, double stretching, and rolling and x-training the next couple of days so hopefully it goes. away. soon.
