Long run. Ran the same loop as last week. First few miles with Autumn.
Workout was 1 mile on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, 800 meters on. Felt trashed by the last mile and called it early. MP still felt smoother than last week.
